How to Kill Wasps
Killing wasps could be done by merely swapping them with newspapers. But that will not solve your problem in killing all wasps in the house. The act may kill a single wasp but social wasps are know to have as many as 250 members in just one nest.
To effectively kill wasps you have to go to their source the nests. This is often the challenging part since locating their nests is not as easy as it looks. They could be located in the crack in the walls or even in the ground. But no matter where they are located, there are only two ways in killing them effectively: with kerosene and with spray.
Kerosene is toxic to wasps and they would die instantly as soon as they get in contact with it. This type of solution is highly recommended for ground based wasps. There is however a problem there since ground based wasps are often the solitary type wasps, that means they do not live in groups so their nests could be scattered all over the area. Killing ground based wasps needs to be done by two or more persons. The kerosene has to be applied all together or other wasps could escape when they the sense danger.
For those located in the attic or in the tree, a spray made for wasps would be very effective. Be sure to buy a long range spray so that wasps will not go after you if they sense danger. The best time to kill the wasps is at night time as their poor sight minimizes the chance of them attacking and also they are most likely to all be gathered in the nest.
